In the 1960s, Mr. Vazhat Moidhu Haji set up a wholesale stationery business, and the same decade, Mr. Chandroth Andhru Haji started an exclusive pulses and rice store. Six decades later, the businesses owned by them are successfully serving customers. With the passage of time, inspired by their respective fathers, Mr. Musthafa Vazhat and Muhammed Ali Chandroth had collectively started a retail store in Kuttiady in 2009. Daymart started as a single store with a legacy of 50 years to boast and is now one of the largest retail chains in Kerala, with about 19 successfully running stores and ongoing and upcoming projects.

Daymart is the top-rated retail chain in Kerala, with its branches being considered the best supermarkets or hypermarkets in their respective towns. Essentially, Daymart is a one-stop supermarket chain that aims to offer customers a wide range of basic home and personal products under one roof. Each daymart store stocks fruits and vegetables, groceries,food, toiletries, beauty products, kitchenware, home appliances, and more—all available at competitive prices that our customers appreciate. Our core objective is to offer customers good products at great value. The company ventured into the food and grocery retail sectors in 2009. There are currently 20 outlets spread across Kerala.

Daymart was started by Mr. Muhammed Ali C. and Mr. Musthafa Vazhat to address the growing needs of the families. Since the launch of its first store in Kuttiady in 2009, Daymart has been well established in Calicut, Kannur, Wayand, and Palakkad. Our mission is to be the lowest-priced retailer in the region.

As an established brand, We are eyeing to open 50 outlets across Kerala, Karntaka & Tamilnadu. Our business continues to grow with new locations planned in more cities.
